This is where we explain everything to you
(no hassle)
Weird names? Strange acronyms? Don't panic.
In this tab, we'll break down all our classes for you: what we do, why, for whom, and how you'll enjoy it (even with muscle aches).
WOD, Engine, Gym, Strongman, Hybrid race... each session has its own little something.
Read, choose, try... and find the format that will make you love sweating.
WOD
This is the typical session where we work on the 3 pillars of CrossFit: weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio-muscular endurance.
All areas of the body are used.
The sessions vary every day, both in the exercises offered and the format, but always require self-improvement and physical performance. You'll never do the same session, and that's what makes CrossFit so interesting. This is the WOD to choose for a trial session.

Weightlifting
Weightlifting is an exercise that requires strength, flexibility, and dynamism. This sport is broken down into two movements, which are respectively:
-
the Clean & Jerk
-
the Snatch
These two movements are now essential CrossFit movements. However, if they're not mastered, they quickly become a source of frustration, pain, and even injury. We offer specific classes where all the basics will be reviewed and worked on to make your CrossFit practice more efficient and safe.
Engine
These specific WODs focus on the pillar of cardiovascular endurance. In groups of six people, you will work on your endurance using the available ergos (rowing machine, BikeERg, SkiErg) as well as running, jumping rope, and exercises with dumbbells or kettlebells.
This is a WOD particularly appreciated by people who want to get back into better physical condition.

Gym
These masterclasses focus on core exercises.
You'll work on your technique for pull-ups, handstands, muscle-ups, and more.
And thus, you'll improve your performance during WODs.
Strongman
Strongman is probably the most interesting strength discipline for a CrossFit practitioner, whether they are a competitor or not.
The most common movements are:
the Deadlift
the Clean & Jerk
the movement of an object in space (different variations of carries – Yoke carry, Farmer walk, DBall carry, etc.)
These are therefore only global, functional movements, involving a large part of the body's muscular motor units. This requires significant strengthening and transfer of force from the core to the extremities.

Hybrid race
The hybrid race consists of eight running segments interspersed with functional exercises. This alternation creates an intense challenge for both body and mind.
Here's how the competition takes place:
-
1 km run;
-
1,000 m of SkiErg;
-
1 km run;
-
50 m of Sled Push;
-
1 km run;
-
50 m of Sled Pull;
-
1 km run;
-
80m Burpee Broad Jumps;
-
1 km run;
-
1,000 m rowing;
-
1 km run;
-
200 m from Farmer Carry;
-
1 km run;
-
100 m from Sandbag Lunges;
-
1 km run;
-
75 or 100 Wall Ball.
Functional
Bodybuilding
Functional Bodybuilding is a resistance training with exercises using external loads (dumbbell, kettlebell, barbell, etc.) as well as bodyweight exercises, the goal of which is to learn the primary functions of each muscle, build a base of strength, change your body composition, bring balance, all at a low intensity in order to be able to focus on the quality of movements and preserve the central nervous system.

Open Gym
These slots allow you to use the gym and its equipment for your own personal training. There's no set WOD or workout schedule. Use these slots to work on your weak points or follow your own schedule. Your coaches will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
